It could be because you’re rotating the club face a bit as you move the club away from the golf ball. You’re opening the face too far which results in giving you much farther to square the ball as it is hit. You must be certain the club is square with a back swing. Do not rotate the club open. The optimum point to check your swing is at two o’clock. The club face must be square. A problem with your swing will cause a problem slicing the ball. Determine what is causing you to slice the ball, practice your swing until you get it right. The swing is made up of many components. Figure out where your problem is. Create an Environment That Supports Success
Welcome to the world of working at home. The very lack of structure and a defined place to go to work can undermine our best efforts and intentions. Don’t get me wrong, working at home is a wonderful thing, you're in control of your schedule, you can dress casually…and yet….you may still find yourself ending each day feeling like you haven't accomplished anything.
Why? Because it's easy to find the line between work and home becoming blurred. We think that since we're here and we have a moment, we'll just toss in another load of laundry. Or, after eating lunch we find ourselves cleaning the kitchen instead of our just our dishes.
What can you do? Here are some simple strategies that have worked for me and many of my associates.
1. Create a space dedicated to work.
Your work area may be located in it's own room, a home office area, unused bedroom, dining room or any other room that can be used as an office, or you find yourself setting up your office in a part or section of a room. Either of these situations can be positive work situations as long as you have clearly created a work environment that is supportive of your needs. This space should have a desk or work area, shelves, file cabinet, phone and computer all set up and organized in a way that makes it easy for you to get your work done. When you are in this space you are at work. That means no laundry, household chores or answering the home phone while you're at work.
2. Keep a schedule.
Start and stop at the same time each day and honor those times. This isn't the time to work on a home project, this is time that you have set aside to dedicate to your work. I set my schedule up so that my work hours coincide with my children's school hours, this way there are no distractions or family interruptions. When my children are at school, I'm at work. When they're home, I'm at home. My focus is clear and everyone's happy.
3. Take regular breaks.
To truly function at your best and most productive it's important to schedule regular breaks into your day. Take care of yourself, drink plenty of water, eat regular, nutritious meals, and get outside and stretch! As Jim Loehr says in The Power of Full Engagement, "We don't mismanage our time, we mismanage our energy" Take time to re-energize and refresh yourself. You’ll be amazed at how much more productive you are when you make time for yourself.
4. Maximize your natural energy levels.
Use your natural energy levels to your advantage. If you're like me and you're more focused in the morning, schedule your creative projects in the morning and do the simpler, routine tasks in the afternoon, such as returning calls or email.. If you're an afternoon or evening person, set your routine up so that you take advantage of that. I have clients that do their best work at night and they've set their schedules up to reflect that. You'll get more done in a shorter period of time when you work with your natural rhythm rather than against it.
5. Keep the TV off.
If you like working with a little background noise, play some light music in the background, or get a fountain or white noise machine. Just don't turn on the TV. The TV has a magical way of grabbing your attention and the next thing you know hours have gone by! If you find you need a distraction, take a walk or read a work related book. Keeping your focus in work related areas while taking time out often creates the energy that produces wonderful and creative results.

Instead of giving dull, emotionless statistics why not try finding a vivid, imaged-filled comparison? For instance, instead of telling your listeners the distance between Washington and Sydney you could tell them how many pick-up trucks would have to stretch end to end to cover that distance.
Also, what point are making with your presentation? The bad way to do a presentation is to talk continuously at length showing your listeners slide upon slide of text until your time is up.
Get clear on what message you want to convey to your listeners. Then everything that you say and show them is connected to your main message, if it's not then it should be edited out!
And please - try not to clutter up your slides with text. Have clear, succinct bullet points that pinpoint what it is you want to present. Then tell them the rest verbally. You should be expanding upon the ideas in your bullet points and delivering them with all of your natural charm and not just mindlessly reading your points off the screen.

Debt-to-Income Ratios Impact on Residential Real Estate Markets
The debt-to-income ratio is a measure of how far buyers are "stretching" to buy real estate. Buyers have historically committed larger sums to purchase real estate when prices are rising in order to capture the appreciation of rising prices. Conversely, buyers have historically committed smaller and smaller percentages of their income toward buying real estate when prices are declining because there is little incentive to overpay. Some may look at this phenomenon as a passive effect of the rise and fall of prices, but since buying is a choice, the fluctuation in debt-to-income ratios is an active force on prices in the market. This change in buyer behavior based on the trend in house prices is apparent in the national mortgage origination ratio. This statistic kept by the Federal Reserve Board is a measure of the total national mortgage debt service as a percentage of gross income. In the coastal bubble rally of the late 80s, people took on larger debts to buy homes, and when prices began their decline, people did not stretch to buy. If people had continued to put a high percentage of their income toward housing, prices would not have fallen as far as they did. The great housing bubble witnessed a 30% increase in the average mortgage debt ratio on a national basis as people bought out of fear and greed in order not to be priced out forever and capture the capital gains of home price appreciation. If history repeats itself, this ratio will decline as house prices decline. The Transformation of Two Stellated Rhombic Dodecahedrons From a Cube
What do you get when you go hunting for "a way to divide a cube equally in three-dimensional space? If you're Naoki Yoshimoto and the year is 1971, you get the Yoshimoto Cube, a peculiar "polyhedral toy" that allows the transformation of a gold cube to a silver cube to a pair of gold and silver stars, then back. If you're most of the rest of us, you get a neat toy and your noodle baked.
There's a neat demonstration video up on YouTube, or you can see a line-art animation of the toy's action at The World of Geometric Toy. Want one for yourself? MoMA sells them online, but be prepared to drop some coin...they're about fifty bucks. That's a fairly expensive form of pointless amusement, though a savvy mathematician could probably write it off as a business expense.
